  We recently purchased a new love seat from this store, and had zero issues with the item, purchase or delivery. Delivery is always tricky and having ordered from other similar stores or higher end stores, you have to be flexible on the date and time.

  My husband and I hired Bassett to furnish our entire new home. The customer service was incredible and the designer was a tremendous help. It was great to customize our furniture without paying custom prices. The quality and price of what we ordered was great. We had a few issues with a couple of pieces, but the manager, Scott Levy helped us resolve all of them quickly and painlessly. Their service department and repair technicians are exceptional as well. I would highly recommend the Green Brook store and would definitely use them again. Thank you . Dina Giacomo

  I would like to make a complaint regarding the Green Brook NJ store. I had a salesperson push a warranty on me for 179.00 saying that it covers a 1 time cleaning. After asking her about the wording presented in the warranty I asked her saying it clearly states this wasn't covered and she assured me otherwise. Now I am left with a 179 dollar fee and a aggressively rude store manager asking if I read the warranty. I am aware of what is spelled out however I'm also aware of the verbal commitment the salesperson made. Please let me know if there is anyway that Bassett can make good on this promise or I should forward this complaint to BBB
