  A complete disaster. We went down with 7 girls to celebrate a birthday and put our name on a list for 2 lanes. We waited 30 minutes and watched any number of people come in for single lanes after us. I finally went to the desk after watching a twosome be given a lane alongside an open lane. Rather than addressing the situation or even apologizing, the staff and manager argued that the twosome had been there and were assigned another lane. I watched them enter the building so it was a blatant lie.
  
  I won’t be back and suggest others stay away as well if you have more than 4 or 5 bowlers.
